The owners of the Kochi IPL franchise have moved the Bombay High Court against the decision taken by the BCCI in its AGM. The Indian Cricket Board on Monday terminated its contract with IPL franchise Kochi Tuskers, citing"irremediable breach". However, the franchise is not willing to give up without a fight.
A day after the Kochi IPL team was scrapped from the Indian Premier League, the owners threatened legal action against the Board of Cricket Control in India. The team is crying foul and has said that it will take the battle to the BCCI.
